1. Introduction

These terms of service govern the relationship between Deemlo Design Studio ("we/us") and customers ("you") when using creative design services at deemlo.com.

Services include: Logo Design, Brand Identity, 2D Design/Menu, 3D Modeling, Website & App Development, Video Editing, and Print Design.

2. Order Process & Payment

Step 1 — Consultation: Contact us via Zalo/Facebook/Email. Free consultation.
Step 2 — Quotation: Deemlo sends a detailed quote based on actual requirements.
Step 3 — Confirm & Deposit: Customer confirms brief and pays 50% deposit.
Step 4 — Execution: Deemlo begins design per agreed timeline.
Step 5 — Delivery: Pay remaining balance and receive completed files.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, MoMo, ZaloPay, or cash (at Long Xuyen).

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

Customer owns full commercial rights to the design.
Deemlo retains the right to display the work in our portfolio/website (unless otherwise agreed).

Customers may not:

Resell or sublicense designs to third parties without written consent.
Use designs for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Remove or alter watermarks before payment is complete.

Deemlo's commitment: All designs are original works, not copied. Deemlo is responsible for any copyright disputes arising from our fault.

4. Revisions, Refunds & Cancellations

Revisions per package:

Free revisions per agreed service package.
Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges.
A complete concept change is considered a new project.

Refund policy:

Before design starts: 100% deposit refunded.
During execution: 50% deposit refunded.
After file delivery: No refunds.

Note: No refund if customer provides false information or violates terms.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide complete, accurate, and legally compliant brief information.
Ensure requested content does not infringe third-party copyrights.
Respond to feedback within a reasonable time (max 7 working days per review round).
Do not use Deemlo services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Deemlo is not responsible for legal disputes arising from customer-provided content.

6. Project Confidentiality

Deemlo commits to protecting all customer project information:

No project information is shared with third parties without consent.
NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) available upon customer request.
Design files are securely stored for at least 6 months after delivery.

7. Website & App Development Services

Deemlo provides 3–12 month technical warranty depending on package (for defects from our side).
Hosting, domain, SSL are customer-managed or per separate agreement.
Full source code delivered after complete payment.
One free CMS/Admin panel training session included.

Important: Deemlo is not responsible for hosting failures, external security attacks, or third-party policy changes affecting your website.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

Both parties prioritize resolution through negotiation and good-faith mediation.
If no agreement within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved at the competent People's Court in An Giang Province, Vietnam.
Applicable law is current Vietnamese law.

9. Miscellaneous

Deemlo reserves the right to refuse projects that violate law or ethics.
Prices may change without prior notice — price at time of order is binding.
These terms may be updated. The latest version is always in effect.
Using our services constitutes agreement to all current terms.
